Oceanic is by far my favorite Isis record and is definitely a must-have down-tuned rock record. The sound captured here is epic, loud and atmospheric, painful and yet comforting. This album hijacks the mind and emotions with mysterious power and hypnotic riffs. Highly recommended for fans of Mogwai, Godflesh, Bale, and James Plotkin.
